Vermentino, the most important Sardinian white grape variety, is one of the typical components of the Sardinian tables. In this form, in a jar, it’s revealed as a versatile niche product, which adds style and flavor even to the simplest and most enjoyable dishes and emphasizes the richest and most demanding preparations. A chrome-plated orange jelly, thanks to the presence of orange traces, with an acidulous and sweet taste, easily spreadable, excellent for flavoring different dishes such as desserts. Perfect if combined with the flavors of the sea such as oysters or to accompany white meats and different types of cheese from the island tradition.
